A streamlined booking experience
Taking lengthy booking inquiry calls proved to be one of Blush Girl’s biggest challenges. Lauren needed this process to be streamlined so that her staff could spend more time with the customers in the salon, and less time on the phone. To solve this problem, we created a booking inquiry form that new and existing customers could submit online.
In this form, they could specify which service they required, whether they had been to Blush Girl before, who their preferred stylist was and more. We created this form in such a way that it was completely customizable, allowing Lauren to make adjustments to it later.
When it comes to creating a new website, we like to emphasize the importance of responsive design. Mobile devices cannot be treated as an afterthought.
We needed to make sure that Blush Girl’s customers could easily achieve their goal of making a booking, regardless of the device they are using.
