HootSuite

HootSuite is a great site to use for scheduling posts on social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+ and YouTube. The site serves as a dashboard for your social platforms. You can schedule posts, monitor accounts, get reports on analytics, manage and allocate tasks to others in the team and has over 200 apps and integrations like Slack and MailChimp. Enhance your social media management with HootSuite!

CoSchedule

Sometimes the hardest part of a project is it’s management, especially if there is more than one person involved. Similar to HootSuite, with CoSchedule you can sync all your social platforms into one place. What we like best about this site though, is that there are helpful tools like headline analyzer which was used for the title of this blog!

Facebook Audience Insights

This is one of the most useful but underestimated tools right now. As we know, Facebook has one of the best targeting ad systems that has ever been built since it has tons of data on all of us. The cool thing is that it is super easy to use and you will not waste days trying to figure out how it works. You can see how many people you can reach based on location, interests, devices they are using, behaviour, habits and even life events. Also, you can see what other interests the people you want to target have and what is the best way to target them. You can create an audience for an advertising campaign right there and instantly start using it without having to do it all over again.

LastPass

When dealing with multiple accounts and access to those accounts, it gets hard to keep track of passwords. LastPass is a safe way to store passwords and to share passwords with colleagues. It’s really easy to use and with the LastPass browser extension, you can save and access passwords on the go. Sharing account log-ins are so much easier with LastPass, you’re able to send encrypted passwords to others, easily sync changes and even remove access when they’re done. Your LastPass account is backed up and synced across all devices you’re logged into which means easier log-ins and password sharing for mobile apps.

Google Drive or pCloud

At DN we store all our files on the NAS but sometimes we use the trusty Google drive too. You can quickly invite others to view, download, and collaborate on all the files you want–no email attachment needed. Basically, everyone is familiar with the drive and I think we can all agree what a lifesaver it can be at times!

There are so many tools that can aid in your digital marketing. I hope you take away something from this read and if you have any questions about digital marketing do contact us and we will do our best to help!
