Last month, I headed down to Plant 4 to hang out with Jessie Spiby, Founder and Taylor Peplow Ball from My Grandma Ben. My Grandma Ben is not your average store/eatery. They have a real passion for sustainability and striving to be more eco-friendly in everything they do, especially their business practices. We had a chat about the importance of community, gardening, preserving food and a whole lot more.
